Jay’s 25-year career at the forefront of advanced technology has been defined by his exceptional ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing organizations. His steadfast commitment to cultivating exceptional teams, fostering robust organizational cultures, and empowering talent is matched by his resolve to challenge conventional norms.

Prior to VulcanForms, Jay served as President of the Imaging, Navigation, and Robotics division at Globus Medical. In this pivotal role, he architected the INR commercial organization from its inception and was instrumental in steering Globus toward becoming a multibillion-dollar company and leader in computer-assisted surgery. His comprehensive oversight of both product development and commercial teams ensured that innovative technological advancements were seamlessly aligned with market imperatives.

Earlier, during an eight-year period at Intuitive Surgical where he primarily served as Vice President, Jay led diverse teams amid a phase of extraordinary hyper-growth, significantly contributing to the company’s achievement of $3 billion in revenue. In addition, Jay spent 10 years with Boston Scientific leading teams across Surgery-Oncology, Peripheral Vascular and Neuromodulation with roles in sales leadership, professional development, and training.

Jay is an alumnus of Drexel University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
